Life Alive &Thrive is a perks program that allows members to gain insider access to all things Life Alive—everything from craveable exclusive menu items to energy-boosting content and plenty of sweet surprises along the way. Join by creating an account in our iPhone App, Android App or online ordering.

To join, simply create an account in our iPhone App, Android App or online ordering. Then scan your membership card at the register when dining in or get credit automatically for all delivery & pick up orders.

You can access &Thrive through online ordering on our website as well. Just click on “Order” in the top right corner of the website and create an account to become a member.

When redeeming offers in the cafe, the team member at the register can look up your account by entering your phone number. The team member can then let you know if you have any offers in your account to redeem.

You do not earn points through the &Thrive perks program, but we’ll keep track of each purchase online and in our cafes when you scan your &Thrive member card and send you exclusives and surprises along the way.

In our cafes, open up your offer in the app and present the QR code associated with the offer to our team member at the register to scan. Offers can be found in the “Perks” section of the app.

In the app or online, add a perk to your meal, by adding a perk in the check out flow.

Check to make sure you've met all the requirements to redeem the perk. For example, if it is a "Free Hot or Iced Tea with Purchase" perk make sure you've added a Hot or Iced Tea as well as the purchase of a full-priced item to your check. If these requirements are not met, you will not be able to redeem the perk.

To redeem a perk in our cafe, open the perk and then click "Use at cash register." A 5-minute timer will start, which indicates that your perk will be active and ready to scan for 5 minutes. Don't worry if you don't redeem the perk within 5 minutes, it will return to your perks library to use at a later time.

Each perks will list the expiration date. Most perks expire after 30 days, except your birthday perk which is only valid on your birthday.

&Thrive is only just beginning. We hope to grow and improve with your help and participation. Our initial member exclusives may include access to a Life Alive recipe, getting a first look at our new seasonal menu items and even early access to ordering a new item. In the future, we hope to expand this list to offer exclusive menu items, classes and events!

You can scan the barcode on the bottom of your receipt. Just open &Thrive Perks in the top right of the app or online ordering site, then click on the “Scan code” button and choose “Scan a receipt.” All receipt codes are valid for 3 days.
